Terms and Conditions for MK Apartments Bremen and Delmenhorst

By booking and staying at MK Apartments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • A deposit may be required for certain bookings, which will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
  • No refunds will be given for early check-out or no-shows.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is subject to availability.
  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged with prior approval and may incur an additional fee.

4. Damage and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during their stay. In the event of damage, the guest will be charged for repairs or replacement.
  • MK Apartments is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

5. Use of the Apartment

  • The apartment is to be used solely for accommodation purposes. Any commercial activities or subletting of the apartment are prohibited.
  • The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.

6. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted. Unauthorized pets in the apartment may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction from the property.

7. Conduct and Behavior

  • Guests must maintain a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

8. Cleaning and Housekeeping

  • The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services during your stay may be requested for an extra fee.
  • Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and dispose of trash in designated bins.

9. Force Majeure

  • MK Apartments is not responsible for any delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events outside its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for reservation and communication purposes.

11. Amendments

  • MK Apartments reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests prior to their stay.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Bremen or Delmenhorst.
